Skin Type: Red
Category: Red
Flesh Type: White
Seasonal Maturity: Early

Modoc is an early maturing, round to oval, red-skinned variety with a desirable size profile and higher yields of small, high-value tubers. The tubers are a uniform bright skin color that does not fade in storage. While Modoc is susceptible to most fungal diseases it does not seem to be particularly susceptible to virus diseases and expresses readily discernible foliar symptoms to PVY. It is also susceptible to late blight foliar and tuber infection.
