This late maturing fingerling is red skin and flesh. It has a unique flavor and will hold the red color after cooking. Tubers are small with shallow eyes. This variety is susceptible to PVY and PLRV it is however resistant to scab and tuber blight. Ideal for baking, boiling and microwaving whole.
